NT capable of handling dynamic portfolios?

Reasonably new to NT and just wondering if it can accommodate on of the strategies i'm running. Figured i'd ask here before spinning my wheels...

I scan about 10K stocks (daily, on an EOD basis... i do this using another piece of software... unrelated to NT) to create a short list. typically about 20 - 50 stocks will be on the short list on any given day. I can format the output in essentially any way i want.

what i'm wondering is this: is there an automated (or semi-automated) way to track and place trades on a list of 20 - 50 (sometimes as many as 100) DIFFERENT stocks every day.

I could probably accomplish this using the OIF interface, but would much prefer to have the strategy actually running on every stock in NT itself.

Would require you to manually select each of these instruments individually. Then it would depend on how complex your strategy is and how strong your machine is to know if it can handle the calculation load on so many instruments.

the all the heavy crunching is done overnight. the strategy itself is pretty simple TA stuff.

is there no way to feed NT a list of things to run on?

You will have to program it manually or select it manually.

-You must add each manually to the list.
