Problem With Range Charts

I just started working with Range Charts and noticed a problem. On June 5 the 30 minute chart made a high of 957.50 on the 9:00 bar. On my 12 range chart the bars didn't even begin printing until 10:03 and the high was only 947 at about 11:14. Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug with range charts? I tried uploading charts but couldn't get the KB's down below your levels. I tried JPEG, GIF, PNG.

Can you right click in your Range change and select "Reload Historical Data?"

Does this fill in the chart?
