eSignal & Madrid Stocks Exchange

Hello,
I am experimenting some problems with Madrid Stocks Exchange (datafeed from eSignal).
The connection is established correctly but in the Time&Sales is not received the volume.
In other exchanges (cme-mini, eurex, ...) works ok.

cls71, thanks for your post - is this happening for other equities also? Or do you only see this for the equities traded on the Madrid exchange?

only for the equities traded on the Madrid Exchange.

For CME-mini and Eurex (mini-SP, DAX, stoxx, bund, etc) works ok.

(I suscribed with eSignal these three exchanges: cme-mini, eurex & Madrid).

Did you check if the T&S volume is reported correctly in eSignal itself? If you send me your eSignal info to support at ninjatrader dot com Attn Bertrand, I can test this on my end if you wish. Thanks.

How can I check if the T&S volume is reported correctly in eSignal itself ?
I only suscribed the data service. I cannot open the esignal plataform to test its T&S.

I think the error is from eSignal.
I am checking with eSignal Data Manager and the volume trade is empty.
