Couple questions

I need a couple things clarified -
1. Can I update my system to net 3.5? I remembered before there were some issues with that.
2. Can I run all the regular microsoft updates?
3. I use Interactive Brokers, can I upgrade to the most recent version of TWS? There are some very cutting edge upgrades to the most recent version of TWS and I would like to have that if I could.

Thank you for your post.

1.) There are no known issues between NinjaTrader and .NET 3.5 sp1.

2.) This should be fine. I would suggest creating a restore point prior to any updates, just in case.

3.) Unfortunately, you must use version 892.7 with the current version of NinjaTrader. (6.5.1000.10)

orders on chart

hello

1) i cant manage to place a double order on my chart. ex i want to place a long lets say at 1.2648'6 and the same time (using right click for example) to place another long order at 1.2648'7. Furthermore how if i could place these kind of orders and then closing the on of the two and let the other run?

if a specific link on the support site you provide it would be nice

well no i don't receive an error message. just it cancels the first order and continuous from the second order starting from zero points. How i could keep my first order unchanged without delete it and take the second order also. In other words having two independent orders in place at the same time? one other strange thing to happened the past two days is that after closing the platform ( with no opened positions ) is that when the next day i switch on my workstation a position is been placed and running!!! ( it is only recently i am using a simple strategy to trade like 10 + 10 SL + TP if that helps to identify what i am not doing good )

Luke, which ATM strategy selection mode are you using in your ChartTrader properties? You can for sure 'park' orders on the ChartTrader to scale into a position like you have in mind. The position you had showing in the morning was most likely an uncancelled order that got filled.

I am using a simple custom strategy as described. i think the issue is solved According double indipentend orders on the charts where can i look at? I ve already been to the support link with the videos you provide (http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...l?VideoLibrary) but i could not find what i was looking for.
