    data conversion for different periods

The data export in NT gives minute data. I want to be able to use this data in various time frames, eg 1 hour and daily when exported. How do I get the data exported in this format and also to get the data into a format which has comma separated variables( there is a space after the date for example and I want to have that space replaced with a comma. I don't want to have to use find/replce in worpad as that is tedious). Help appreciated

    Hello Accumulator,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader support forum.

The most simple way to accomplish this would be to use 60 minute charts and 1440 minute charts to simulate the time frame you are looking for without modifying any data.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks, but it doesn't seem to work. I have 60 min charts and daily chart open, and I use the control center>tools>historical data>export
However, I still get the data exported as minute data, eg:
      20080508 000100;1.5379;1.538;1.5377;1.538;8

      to:

      20090605 214700;1.3967;1.3971;1.3967;1.3971;11
      20090605 214800;1.397;1.3972;1.397;1.3971;7

Notice how the final row(and onwards, not shown) has only 3 decimal places in some columns, instead of 4.

What am I doing wrong please?

        Hello accumulator,

Unfortunately data will only be exported as per the link below.

You cannot export it in a 60 minute format.
