MBT Primary GAIN Secondary

I'm connecting to a MTB demo account for testing and i'd like to also connect to GAIN for the historical data. When I connect to MBT first and then GAIN NT says i must connect to GAIN first. When I connect to GAIN first and then MBT all my orders get submitted to the GAIN feed. How can I connect to both and have my orders execute off the MTB feed?

Unfortunately this is not possible. Please also keep in mind that for MBT you have to use the 'TenthPip' setting while for Gain this only holds true if you connect to a fractional live account (this can be found in the Gain connection guide - http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_GAIN.htm).
