    reload data

    hi
    the 'reload historical data' function is greyed out...and as a result I cant get rid of gap in my data..Please advise.

    What data feed provider are you connected to?

    -What instrument?

    -What type of chart? (tick,minute,daily, etc.)

        The most likely cause is antivirus, firewall or other protection software blocking the data feed.

        Please disable any of these types of software and restart your connection to Zen-Fire.

          it is only missing the period between market close yesterday and open today....never an issue before? no software changes

          as a result all the moving averages are wrong

            The "Reload Historical Data" button should not be greyed out as Zen-Fire provides this data.

            Most likely one of your protection software is blocking your historical data feed.

              i dis and re connected and now the button is not greyed out but when I reloaded the same part of the data is still missing?

                Can you compare your NQ 06-09 1000 Tick chart to mine to see if they match up.

                I see that I have a large time period missing as well, so this may just be the way the data was recorded on the server.

                  I dont need to compare as I am running 2 pc's and I can see that I am missing all data from about an hour after close yesterday until open today when I logged back on, on my trading computer only. I logged off about the time the data is missing from?

                    Please right click and select "Reload Historical Data" in both PC's for the NQ 06-09.

                    As long as they are both using the same data feed, they should look the same after this reload.

                    Is this the case?
