Hi,
When I use NT with a flow "pat system", I can't use the reload button in : Tools ---> Historical Data.
If I use a flow "zen fire", I can.
Who chose the flow of datas, my broker (RCG), my IB (Activtrades) or NT? Can I change supplier flows and how?

Your broker provides you access to a broker technology, such as Patsystems and Zen-Fire, which provides data in the software and allows you to trade your live account.

The NinjaTrader license is set to connect to one of those broker technologies, unless you have a multi broker license.
