Cannot connect to Barchart.com

I just signed up with Barchart.com and created a connection in NT. When I try to connect to Barchart.com, NT connects, and then disconnects immediately. I called Barchart.com, they gave me a web link that verifies that my PC is receiving data, and they asked me to contact NT.

The NT log shows <Cbi.MarketData.StartNow: exception caught: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary" Key being added: ''>

What do you guys want me to look at?

Now, I can connect to Barchart.com after repairing the DB. But now I cannot get historical tick data. I get the following error when I try to refresh historical Tick data:

"Unable to load chart data. Please retry and report this error to NinjaTrader customer support. Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

What do I need to repair now?
