Sim vs live resource usage

Can I assume that the simulator is using the same resources that NT will be using when I go live?

When you say the simulator, are you referring to using the free version of NinjaTrader connected to the simulated data feed or connected to a live market data feed?

If you are referring to using the free version of NinjaTrader to connect to a live market data feed, the resource usage should be very similar when using the live version of NinjaTrader.

I'm using the free [DEMO] version provided to me by AMP and connected to the zen fire feed. It's the demo and I selected the "AMP connection" that I created when setting up.

Will this be the same as when they provide a 'KEY'?
