When you have a chart window active with your mouse over the chart and hit F5 it will Reload Script as many times as you hit the F5 button.
If you move your mouse over another chart (but not make it active) but have the 1st chart window still active and hit F5 it will Reload Script ONLY ONCE. If you hit F5 again, it does not reload even though the the window is active.
As long as the window is active it should reload, but does not. It should not matter where the mouse is located on the screen.
