It has been a few months, but I've been able to use the dynamic super dom for futures (ES, YM, etc.) with IB in the past. Now when I try to select that it says I must use the static. Is this a recent change?

No, this indicates you now use a live license that is set to use the Static SuperDOM. If you still have the free license, you can enter it under Help-->License Key and you will see that both DOM's are available.
If you want to change your live license to use the Dynamic SuperDOM, please send a note to [email protected].
