Custom Bracket Order always being rejected..

Whenever I attempt to setup a custom ATM Strategy (bracket) with a defined stop and target the platform always keeps rejecting it. This is supposed to be a simple 1-point above and 1-point below stop/target setup. I don't see why the platform is having a hard time understanding.

See below screen caps for the setup and reject messages.

I always thought this would be simple setup but the platform is frustrating me to no end with its rejections. Can someone explain how to set this up correctly ?

    Thanks.

    Hi Webby,

    Thank you for your post.

1.) Please try using a value of '1' rather than '1.0'

2.) Please use a limit order rather than a stop limit order if the order is being placed below market price.

How/where do I specify on the NT platform to use a limit order rather than a stop limit order ? Sorry for the newbie question.

        Hi Webby,

        Thank you for your reply.

Sorry, I was referring to the order you use to enter the position. In the case of the superDOM, you would use a left click (limit order) rather than a middle mouse click (stop limit order).

          Hi Kyle,

As I am mostly taking market orders to get into a position, if I try to setup a custom ATM for the bracket, I always get the rejection message as it looks like the bracket is setup as a Buy/Sell Stop-Limit rather than a Limit.

How do I get around that ?

            Hello Webby,

I suspect 'Parameter type' in the SuperDOM properties menu is set to currency. The rejection error seems to indicate, the order was sent to a price of 1.

Please right click in the SuperDOM and select Properties. Set 'Parameter type' to Ticks.

Create a new ATM strategy. I suggest to make use of bigger values than 1. Try values of 4 ticks and check if the rejection error persists.
