NT can't run backup

Hello I can't run backup as I have this error. What's it about and how to fix it? Thx.

I am not sure what is causing this. What is the name, file type, and location of your NinjaTraderBackup file?

Try changing the language used and see if that is affecting it in some way.

Thanks Ben. The backup file details are as followed:

<My Documents>\NinjaTrader Backup\2009-06-01.ntbk


It works fine before but don't what causes the problem.

What language to change? and where to make the change? Thx.

I saw that your OS is using Chinese or Japanese, try changing that back to English and see if that helps. Sorry I have no idea if that will help, just and idea.

You could also, try shutting down NT then deleting the Backup folder all together. Then restart NT.

I have not run into this issue before.

Problem resolved. I need to restore the backup some other time before. Make some updates myself. And it can run backup again. Thx.
