Generating Signals from one Symbol and Executing in another Symbol

Gday everyone

I am starting with NinjaScript and I have this question that I would appreciate getting the community feedback.

Imagine you have a strategy that you want to apply to one symbol, but instead of executing buy and sell signals in that symbol, you want to have those orders executed in a different symbol, i.e. strategy applied to the ES but orders executed in the FDAX.

Is there a straight forward way to implement this? Or any work around? Since I am newbie I would appreciate a detailed answer as my programming skills are a bit limited.

You can do this through the creation of a multi-instrument strategy. Please see this article for how to do so: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...ameInstruments

Then it is just a matter of submitting your order to the correct BarsInProgress that contains the instrument you want to trade on.
