Patsystems and SPI through Halifax

Hi there. I have just changed my connection from Mirus to Patsystems, both through Halifax Australia, so I can trade the SPI. With both providers I have been trading S&P and EuroStoxx 50 live, no worries.

After hassles getting Halifax to follow through their promise to provide SPI trading with Ninja (the reason why I changed over to Paysystems) I have been paper trading SPI no hassles. But when I went to put on a live trade the following happened:

A limit order came up with the following message:
"New - Invalid account Affected Order : Buy 1 Limit @ 3789"

A market order came up with the following message:
"No Such Exchange Affected Order : Buy 1 Market"

I can't figure it out. What I can say is -

1. Under NT instrument manager, SPI IS listed under "broker authorised symbols",
2. SFE is the exchange (which I have changed from SnFE with is NT default)
3. I have added SPI to the default instrument list
4. Contract is 06/09

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Please check if the errors recur when assigning the Snfe exchange as per the SPI instrument.

If so, please send me your log and trace files for the date the errors occurred to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. You can find these files at the following locations:

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.20090529 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20090529 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
