Trading two accounts

I have 2 TDA accounts; I want to trade them both with automated strategies (equities only). How do I tell NT which chart links to which TDA account?

Are both TDA accounts accessed with one username when connecting? The you can just select the account in the dropdown field when you start up your strategy for trading - http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...romAChart.html

My 2 accounts have different usernames but same password.

Unfortunately then this is not possible, you would need to have both accounts under one username.
