Disconnected from broker

Every so often I am being disconnected from my brokerage and a little white window with nothing in it pops up. I am using MBtrading. Is there any way to fix this?

Can you check the log tab of the Control Center for any errors?

Also, please make sure you are on the latest version of NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.10. You can check under Help --> About.
