Connecting to Tradestation Data

I am attempting to utilize Tradestation Data into my NT Charts. When I call for data from a stock I get the message "Error on Loading chart data for "ES Default". Ninja Trader data server does not support this instrument, no data available. Where the ES Default will be the name of the security I have called for. However the chart appears and the data appears to be good. Do I have anything to worry about related to this message. Is it trying to tell me something, if so, what?

deanldavis475, thanks for the post - most likely not, are you also connected to the TradeStation / External feed for realtime data to update this stock chart then?

Am not sure I really understand your question. I am connected to my TS data per the method offered by Ninja. Once the chart fills I have the realtime data for the chart.

Ok, thanks just clarifying if you get both realtime and historical data from the TradeStation connection. I'm not sure why you see the message you cited, it would be good to take a look at your log and trace files from the software to investigate - you can send them to us by using the Help > Mail to Support feature in NinjaTrader, thanks!
