Major Problem

Could you please look at the attached jpegs. I am running a bollinger breakout rule - break above ends true get long etc. I have been running this on sim data the last couple weeks and it has been running perfectly, this morning was the first day I went live and it was a complete reversal - the exact opposite of what its supposed to do. I have no idea why this is happening please help.

Above jpeg you cant see the entire order entry demand. That is supposed to be long but it entered short. All of my other entries are wrong as well for their first trades. This is a major problem, I am getting killed off the open.

I go to upload my excel log files and it says it is invaild file, I zipped it and the same msg came back????

I looked over your logs and saw this problem at 9:21.

"An Exit() method to submit an exit order at '5/7/2009 2:35:00 PM' has been ignored. Please search on the term 'Internal Order Handling Rules' in the Help Guide for detailed explanation."

Then the next action was a Sell Short of the QQQQ at 9:50. You will need to address your code for the problem at 9:21 since that influences everything down stream.
