      Hello xewoox,

      Thank you for your note.

I will have someone from our development team look into your trace files further and will follow up with you first thing tomorrow.

        Hello xewoox,

After reviewing your trace files I have discovered the following error which indicates a corrupt .NET Framework:

        2009-05-18 15:17:59:441 ********* exception trapped *********
2009-05-18 15:17:59:441 Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.
2009-05-18 15:17:59:441 at Microsoft.Win32.NativeMethods.CreateProcess(String lpApplicationName, StringBuilder lpCommandLine, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES lpProcessAttributes, SECURITY_ATTRIBUTES lpThreadAttributes, Boolean bInheritHandles, Int32 dwCreationFlags, IntPtr lpEnvironment, String lpCurrentDirectory, STARTUPINFO lpStartupInfo, PROCESS_INFORMATION lpProcessInformation)

Please follow the instructions below to re-install the Microsoft .NET Framework on your PC.
        • Terminate any applications running on your PC
        • Go to the Windows Control Panel
        • "Add/Remove programs" for XP users or "Uninstall a program" for Vista users
        • Locate Microsoft .NET Version 2.0 and uninstall
        • Re-install .NET 2.0 with the link I have provided below
        • http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en
Note: Do not reboot your PC in between these steps as this can potentially create more issues that we are unfortunately not qualified to assist with.

Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.
