i have tried deleting works spaces and reseting data base .i have had this problem of and on for months now .

Also: which broker / datafeed are you connected to when this happens?

i loaded the latest version but it didn't help any ............i suppose your going to tell me to uninstall everything again and do a new install

Thanks for the files - please try this: go to Tools > Instrument Manager and bring up the 6A symbol, then click on 'edit' and go to the Misc tab. Find the FuturesBetting mapping entry and enter this mapping: 6A|10000

Close the Instrument Manager and reopen your chart and recheck.

i deleted the second space (6A |10000) and it seams to be working now ?ah i see there wasnt supposed to be a space .

now why am i having to mess with the symbol map ?
