I been playing with the ATM stuff with simulated data. (The
set-up doesn't seem obviously at all.)
Setting that aside,
let's say I use (for the YM):
a 3 point stop, with a profit trigger of 4 Plus 1.
Auto trail Stop loss = 10
Frequency = 2
Profit trigger = 10
Ok, so I go long, I decide at various points in various trades
to move my stop closer than I programmed it.
First, is this a bad idea, from the NT software's standpoint?
I will experiment here to try to understand, however, what does
the software do? If a trade is well underway for example, and I move
the stop to 5 points below, and yet the ATM I programmed says 10
points?.....
