Invalid Application License

Help!
Up till now I have had Ninja 6.5 in SIM through Mirus Futures/Zenfire feed and it has worked fine. I have just signed up with Halifax Investments and need a SIM and a live feed through Patsystems.
So....I uninstalled the Ninja that I had, and following the instructions sent by Halifax I downloaded my new Ninja - but it comes back with all the old info that was on it; so I changed the License Key, username and password etc to the new ones that Halifax sent me. They accepted my money for the Lease so I have paid!
The SIM version will not connect and the charts are distorted; and the Live version will not connect and comes up "Error & Invalid Application License". Can anyone tell me what to do please?

Include the license you are using so I can test it. Also let me know what NinjaTrader version you are using. You can check this under Help--> About.

Hi - I am in the process of opening accounts / arranging platform to trade SPI/S&P emini from Australia.

Am considering NT/Zenfire.

Did you switch from Mirus to Patsystems?

Which Broker are you using? Halifax?
