future account error

hi
i am recieving an error message in my future trading hours and kicks me out of the application ,my broker is interactive brokers and i have live market data when this error message pop's up :

i press ignore it doesn't do any thing then i press abort and it will close the application.

can some one help me with this please?

Please:
- start NT
- go to Diagnostics tab
- make sure ONLY Connect, Orders and To File only are checked. Uncheck ANY other option
- Tools->Options->Uncheck Show diagnostics tab->Ok

Please do no NOT check any diagnostics tab option unless advised by our support staff. Thanks
