Unable to load chart data

Lately Ninja is taking an exceptionally long time to fill the charts. Today I tried to open a brand new desktop hoping it would help speed things along, but I received the following message:

"Unable to load chart data. Please retry and report this error to Ninja Trader customer support: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

What should I do?

Thank you for your post.

Please try repairing your database: Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB.

Then test a new chart for the issue.
