instantaneous 2 minute bars

I don't know what the name of this is. Someone suggested "rolling bars" a long
time ago. I was wondering if NT can create a bar/candle chart using real-time
data where a 2 minute bar would be updated every 5 seconds.
The very first bar of the trading day would change in time value from 5 seconds,
up to 120 seconds and continously cycle this way throughout the trading day, but
every other bar on the chart would be 2 minutes (120 seconds) in duration at all times.

The idea is, that one would constantly be able to look at a 2 minute bar/candle chart
with all bars fully formed from the time perspective, EXCEPT of course the first
bar of the trading day, which varies in time.

Yes, this is possible. Please create a chart using a 2 minute interval.

Double click the chart to open up the properties menu. Set 'Display update interval (sec)' to 5.

Nope. Please re-read my question.

I'm looking to see a chart with every (except the first) two minute bar
fully 2 minutes in length, from a time perspective. Every 5 seconds, or
perhaps 15, all candles/bars will change on the chart. Basically the chart
is ALWAYS up to date. There is no reason to wait 60 seconds into a 120
second bar to see the 120 second bar. It is constantly displayed. Constantly valid,
with the exception of the first bar of the day which varies in time.
