I have read through several threads regarding historical tick data when using barchart.com as a data provider. I am requesting clarification because I cannot determine the final word on this functionality. It appears that there are issues with Tick Data-NT-Barchart.
I am trying to chart historical tick data in my charts. I have tried multiple settings (session times, number of days back, etc) and in almost all cases, it seems that the data imported is random. I get data for some days starting at 15:11 and other days it appears I get a full day.
Can you please provide some input on this? Is there some setting somewhere I am missing? Minute charts work fine and there are no settings on the Account Connections setup dialog.
