IB Simulated trading connection failure

NT connects to my live TWS fine, however on the same computer using the same API and connection settings, when trying to login to IB's "simulated trading" it reads the TWS connection, it even says connected, but the window is "greyed out" (not green) log is attached. I tried reloading database, tried new connections, same result.
IB says everything is fine on there end. Also, It has worked fine in the past, but it's been about a month since I have used the SImulated account.Thanks

Thank you for your post.

Can you try renaming your database and recreating your IB connection:

1. Shut Down NinjaTrader
2. Go to \Documents\NinjaTrader6.5\db
3. Rename the file NinjaTrader.mbd to OldNinjaTrader.mbd

Hi,

You will have to recreate any custom instruments, but your workspaces should be available as they are stored in a seperate file than the database.
