NinjaTrader shutting down when connecting to Live Data Feed

I got an error Thursday night and my NinjaTrader shut down.
Since then, every time I try to connect to a Live Data Feed, my NinjaTrader shuts down and disappears.
Friday, NinjaTrader support told me that my .Net Framework got corrupted.
I redownloaded .Net Framework 2.0 and also redownloaded NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.10.

I am still unable to connect to a Live Data feed.

I would appreciate any help you can give.

Thank you for your post.

Did you send in your trace and log files for Thursday so we can take a look at the error?

If not, please attach them to an email and send it to support AT NinjaTrader DOT com.


The trace and log files are located in the following locations on your PC:
Trace File: \Documents\NinjaTrader6.5\trace\(date of issue)
Log File: \Documents\NinjaTrader6.5\log\(date of issue)

NinjaTrader shutting down when connecting to Live Data Feed

Hi Raymond,

Thank you, I did send in the trace file. I did redownload .Net Framework and Ninjatrader 6.5, and also redownloaded and updated, Adobe, Flash, and Java. I am still getting disconnected each time I try to connect to a Live Data Feed. It appears that when I am connected to one thing, I am unable to connect to another. A script or something is hung up. And ideas and advice you have is appreciated.
