tmp96.tmp installation error

When I try to install Ninja-Trader, I get an error message saying that file tmp96.tmp cannot be found.

It then says that old version of Ninja-Trader cannot be uninstalled...despite the fact that it is already off my computer.

I even tried installing Ninja-Trader in a different folder, but the result was the same.

Why does it need this file, where can it be found and how do I get around this?

Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.

• Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
• Delete your browsing history
• Attempt the download again

If the above does not work then try:

• Repeat above instructions
• Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download

If the above fails, please let us know and we will provide further instructions.
