workspace override

My ninjatrader is hanging up when I try to open it. I recently purchased a 3rd party software add-on. It says the validation failed for the indicator when NT opens. As a result, it is hanging up. Is there a way to not let the workspace open when NT initially opens.

For example, in Microsoft Access you can hold down the shift Key while it is opening and overrides what is trying to open.

Is there a key I can press that will stop the workspace from loading?

I did a work around to fix this problem. I went into the workspace folder and renamed the workspace with the 3rd party add-ons a different name. And then I took a good workspace and renamed it the bad workspace so when it loaded it actually loaded the good workspace.

However, is there a simpler way around this.

Yes, you can go to File --> Workspaces --> Close workspace to close this workspace so it does not load on startup.
You should check the log in the Control Center for errors or contact the vendor so that your 3rd party software validates.

Thanks for responding, but that won't work because when NT hangs up you can't select File. Just FYI
