Mail to Support Issue

I keep getting a runtime error in NT with a popup stating to send trace and log files.

I go to Help -> Send to Support and I get the following error:

Failed to send mail
ERROR - Expecting 220. Received 421 Cannot connect to SMTP server 81.169.163.72 ..... Connect error 10051

gyoung, this error would mean your ISP blocks sending mail from any other server but their own - please try changing the SMTP outgoing mail server to use your own ISP's mail server. You can set this information via the Control Center window Tools > Options > Misc.

This is kind of strange since I have sent this information to you previously.

I just changed the SMTP server to my local provider and this is the current error message:

Unable to upload attachment file to support server. Please try again later. E-Mail will be sent out regardless. Can't connect to remote server.

Additional Information: I changed the smtp server on the misc tab and clicked the "test" button.

It stated successfully sent.

Sorry, My BAD.

I just got an e-mail from ATT stating I need to verify the Ninja support e-mail address before it will let me send attachements.

Once I verify your e-mail through ATT, I will try again.

For what it is worth, I was uable to use my ATT smtp server to send NT log and trace files.

ATT must verify the address before it will let you send attachments.
Very big pain.

I then used my Yahoo account and it worked the first time.

FYI - I had to change the outgoing mail port to 587 from 25 for it to finally work.

Issue resolved.
