ICE DX (dollar index)

Hi,

I am using the free version of Ninja Trader via Mirus Futures, using the zen-fire connection

When I try to open a chart for ICE Dollar Index (DX 6-09), then no chart appears, just the current price on at the right side of the charts.

Other futures charts are displayed perfectly.

What do I have to change in order to display the dollar index correctly ?

This probably means Ninja's historical servers are not keeping data for that symbol.

Try pulling up ES 06-09. If that works, then most likely that is the issue.

I have Zen here, I just tried DX 06-09 and saw the same thing as you.

Ninjatrader should be able to fix Dollar index issue

I wrote about the charting issue of the dollar index Future DX to Zen-Fire, and got the following answer:

"NinjaTrader is the firm that stores our data on their servers for use with Ninja charts. I will speak to Ninja about educating their staff on how things work so they don't give you bad information. I have asked them in the past to keep the DX history but it has not yet been setup.

Dear Ninjatrader-team, has anything happened in this regard so far ? I am sure a lot of users are interested in DX Future Charts

The DX is not tracked as of now. We will add it within the next few weeks.
