unable to set up any currency pairs

Hi Jason,

Unfortunately the real-time data does not get saved in the database at all for these 4 pairs in question. Regardless of the instructions below it does not work; I have been in Real-time mode for a 4 weeks now, but the data does not get captured, and my "'Store real-time bar data" is enabled.

Any progress from the development team on historical database or even general maintainance for these 4 pairs. At the very least it should capture historical data as long if the user is in real time mode and "'Store real-time bar data" is enabled. I don't understand why it does not!

Hello maz100,

Please ensure you receive real-time chart data for the instruments in question. Only when you receive real-time data in a chart, that data is recorded in the database. If you were connected but did not receive real-time data in a chart for these instruments, there will be no data recorded.

The option works as expected on my end.

Hello,

No. The Store real-time data option is for chart historical data only. The Run replay recorder option (under the data tab) will record anything that has live incoming data.

Is there anyone else experiencing lack of data, or general problems, for these 4 pairs:-

• AUDCHF
• NZDJPY
• CADCHF
• CADJPY

Anyone have any Ideas or theories. Anyone know how can I solve this problem?

I note that $CADCHF is now available ... any idea that the other 3 pairs will be added to your historical data server ... please!?
