I am running the market recorder right now over a number of different positions with an automated strategy that has build in stops as well as triggers to eliminate hard stops and puts on trails. Does anyone notice that the stops don't get sent in sometimes? I am using the chart trader so I can see where the strategy usually sends the orders out - order price with the trail behind it. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Right now it just sent a order in and it should have had a hard stop behind it but there isn't one. I don't understand it because sometimes the orders get sent in properly - long at 22.50 hard stop at 22.20 trailing trigger at 22.70. A classic example of NT 2+2 = 4 but sometimes 2+2=5. It seems to be happening within the same time frame of the bar and that seems to be screwing up the strategy, if the price happens within the first bar it seems to shut the whole strategy. Does that sound familiar to anyone or making any sense?

Hi pistolpete, we're not aware of an issue like the one you reported. Do you see any errors listed in the log tab of the Control Center?
