time lag in price display between s/dom & chart

Hello folks, just arrived so be patient please. Have NT v6.5.1000.9 connect via zen fire. curently in sim mode but would like to go live now, but, a time lag has developed between the display of the price on the chart and the s/dom, I am not sure which is lagging behind which. I have checked and ticked queries about virus software/malware, reviewed performance tips etc, reduced everything to bare minimum. that is. ES 06-09 1min & 3 min charts only. chart trader off. but nothing changes. This question has no doubt allready been asked, but I can not find an answer. Can anyone help clear this up please! Oh and I am running on a intel core 2. 2.26 ghz. 4 gb ram, os is Vista Premium. During lag CPU usage is 1% and I have over a 1 Gb of free memory.

    Hello dee50,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader support forum!

1.) If you sync your PC clock, does this issue improve?
You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

2.) Right click in your chart and select Properties. In the properties menu, what is the Display Update Interval property set to?

      Thanks Kyle

Syncing the clock worked. But if this is relevant now, chart is set to update 0.25
