    Esignal Login Failed

    Error message. "Unable to Connect to level2 host"

    I am using esignal with other charting software and it works.

    Thank you for your post.

    This occurs when your eSignal account is not entitled for level 2 (market depth) data. You must change your eSignal account connection in NinjaTrader by performing the following steps.
    • From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools --> Account Connections
    • Select your eSignal connection and press the "Change" button
    • Press the "Next" button several times until you reach the screen wich holds your eSignal account information
    • Remove all text from the field "Level II server host" so that it is blank
    • Press the "Next" button and then the "Finish" button
    • Restart NinjaTrader and connect to your eSignal account

    Please let me know if you are able to get connected after this procedure.

      Thanks. This worked. I realized that I removed level 2 from my esignal account.
