Charts show error

Hi,

Since 3 days I can't get charts for gbp/chf, eur/jpy and chf/jpy. It always shows me an error loading those charts. I use free gain capital data feed, and never had any problems before displaying those charts. Only recently I can't load those anymore. All the others work fine. I reinstalled ninjatrader several times and tried to load those 3 charts several times without success. Hope you can help me get around that problem.

Also, under "Log" tab, what does it show?

Hello,

I'm not sure why this is happening. Let's see if it is a corrupted workspace. Please go to Documents>NinjaTrader 6.5>workspaces and delete any files you see here (or the one(s) that you think are causing the issue) then restart NT. Also, test it without any 3rd party software or custom programs open/attached. Let me know if that helps. We will help you sort it out.
