Chart Trader PnL problem

I'm having a problem that Chart Trader does not display PnL when flat. I have it set to "true" in properties. Numbers update while the trade is on but not when flat.

I have been going round & round with support but have not been able to correct the problem.

Has anyone had a similar problem and if so how did you correct it?

What datafeed are you connecting through?
Does this occur for live trades only, or in simulation as well?

I am using IB does not work on either Live or Paper account.

I have been dealing with this problem since March, have had 5 support guys that I can remember look at this and still after 3 months ,I no further along than when I first started.
