Historical data error

When I try and reload historical data for S&P500 from Esignal, I keep getting an error. "Error on reloading data: Native error - 17"

Also how do i import, say for ecample, 3 years worth of data? When I try the ES 06-09 it only goes back a few weeks? and the ES ##-## always comes up with the above error?

Can you please check if your eSignal subscription includes data for continuous contracts. I suspect this is not the case.

You can manually merge contracts to create a continuous contract. More information and instructions can be found at the link below.

We have been in contact with eSignal and they will apply a server code change to address this issue.
