I am playing with NT connected to an MBTrading demo account.
Often when opening charts, expecially more exotic currencies, everything remains stuck and it doesn't seem NT is receiving any tick data.

Could you please check?

Are you able to receive data for these currencies in MBTrading Navigator?

Please send a note to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, including your MBTrading demo connection username and password, so I can test it on my end. Please reference this thread and put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header.

In addition, please let me know which instruments did not receive data.
