Login Fails (10001 & 10004) with Zen Fire

Hi
I encounter login failure since yesterday and is still failing. Yesterday, NT support helped by removing AVG 8.5 & Window Firewalls and login succeeded.
However, it fails again today. I tried removing both Firewalls and it didn't work. I reckon problem is with NT or ZenFire because it didn't work on both my Window XP and Vista laptops. Nothing has changed on both my platforms and it has worked for the pass 3 months until new NT subscription due.
My NT version 6.5.10008.

Did both laptops connect the same way to the internet?

Were there any changes on your laptops or internet connection setup since yesterday?

Could the connection issue be related to built-in firewall software in your router/modem?

Do you have any other spyware installed on your laptops?

I tested the Zen-Fire feed on my end and was able to connect.

Hello Jason,
1. Will defer installation of new version since it is working again.
2. Yes, same way.

5. AVG 8.5 and Window security.

Please note that it is working again since Friday trading session after NT support resolved it via remote connection. Apparently, I noted for the first time that my Mirus account was disconnected. Very strange. Prior to that account was connected when problem happened.
I will monitor the problem.
