brand new PC ,brand new install, guess what happened

i get a message that ninjatrader has stopped working after trying to open my first chart, i have attached the trace file as requested in the error message .

Hello price777999,

Please restart NinjaTrader and remove your current connection via Tools-->Account Connections and create a brand new connection.

Check if the crash persists.

If so, please close NinjaTrader and go to My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5 and delete the Config.xml file.

Start NinjaTrader and create the connection once more and check again.
