E7 mini Euro FX

Is this not supported ? I see it listed in the instrument manager , but I cannot
get it to plot at all . TT for data .

Can you check the log tab in the control center. Is there an error message listed?

I suspect no error...the instrument is so thin that the chart is essentially space

Hello T2020,

The E7 does not have any symbol mapping by default as per Trading Technologies. I suggest to try E7.

If this does not work, I suggest to contact your broker and verify if your TT connection is authorized to receive data for the mini Euro FX.
