incorrect/interesting time stamp of each bar on chart

When I put the cross hair over a bar, it would give me a time. For example, 1PM. It is supposed to mean this bar begins at 1PM exactly. However after I do some verifications recently, I found out this bar is actually begins at 12:55PM assuming im using 5-minutes-bar, and it ends at 1 PM.

Is there a way to correct this?

This is first time i see a candle's time would mean this way.

Is there a way change that to make it stamped with starting time, which is the way I get used to?

Or it is hard coded in NT
