Load Up Error - System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll

I am getting the following error when I start up Ninja Trader (Ninja Trader Version 6.5.1000.9):



I've had Ninja Trader installed for a few weeks and this is the first time I have seen this problem.

Here is what I have already done to combat this problem (none have worked):

1) reboot the workstation
2) re-install Ninja Trader
3) uninstall Ninja Trader and delete any remaining directories and registry keys not deleted by the uninstall, reboot the workstation, and then installed Ninja Trader

It's running for me fine on another machine.

It could be you have an incorrect version of the Jet Database Engine or MDAC installed. Please go to the following pages for the correct versions. Download them on top of your existing versions.
You can install from here:
MS Jet Database Engine:

MDAC:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=6c050fe3-c795-4b7d-b037-185d0506396c&displaylang=en

Then uninstall NinjaTrader via the windows control panel under add/remove programs. After this delete the folder NinjaTrader 6 from Start menu--> My Documents.
Now reboot your machine and download our latest production release from here:

http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/download_download.htm

I ended up uninstalling the Microsoft .Framework (s) via Add/Remove Programs in Windows.

In my case that was versions 2.0 Sp1, 3.0, and 3.5 and then reinstalling all of these and that fixed the problem (note: when uninstalling, you need to start with the most recent version and work backwards).
