missing data

hi

if i look at a (60 min & 5 minute) chart for es 06-09 zen-fire live feed, i have several days eg monday 13th april where i have no data/candles for the end of the day eg from 21.00 est to midnight...my chart properties session times are both set to 00:00 and i have exclude weekends set to false and i have data set to 60days back (i also have esignal and i have data for this period nb i am not putting esignal data through ninja)

is this a setting some where...or a feed issue?

Hello sub5mango,

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload Historical Data'. Check if the missing data is present.

I tested the ES 06-09 on my end while connected to Zen-Fire and display all data for 4/13.

do i need to reload on all my charts?
what causes it?
do i need to reload every time i open my charts to make sure?

Unfortunately, I am not sure why it did not contain historical data for that section.

I suggest to reload the historical data whenever you notice a data gap in your chart.
