some trailing on background of chart

Some trailing on background of chart after the Cross Hair is stay at a place, then moved away, so if i move again, another Pink cross hair stay in background.

I have to click on chart to remove all of them. However it repeat itself again at the spot I clicked with a pink cross hair background on chart.

Not sure if you understand this, it is kind of weird. It looks like LCD trailing, but it never cleared until I left click on chart.

Hi MoreYummy, does this happen for a fresh chart in a fresh workspaces as well? It would be great if you can post a screenshot of the issue you see here - Thanks!

I just made a new chart, it has same problem.

However I am trying to make a screen shot, now the problem still exist, but it will go away it self automatically after a few second without me moving the mouse on the chart. It does this sometimes, sometimes I need to left-click to clear al the pink cross-hair.

How do you take screen shot, Print Screen? Where will the picture file stay?

Yes, please do a Print Screen and paste it then into Paint for example. Save it then as gif and attach it to your post. Thanks!

It's temporarily saved, just open Paint after the PrintScreen and select Edit > Paste, then save as .gif file.

Great thanks! Does it also appear for a clean chart without any indicators applied? Do you see any errors in the Log tab of the Control Center as this happens?

No, there is no error in log file.

I also tried a new chart without anything on it, same issue.

Also I tried reboot, and only open ninja trader, same issue.

Only thing that is different from time to time is those pink-cross-hair dispeared by clicking, or without clicking.

Hi MoreYummy, I'd suggest you rework your .NET framework installation with those instructions and retest this -
                    • Terminate any applications running on your PC
                    • Go to the Windows Control Panel
                    • "Add/Remove programs" for XP users or "Uninstall a program" for Vista users
                    • Locate Microsoft .NET Version 2.0 and uninstall
                    • Re-install .NET 2.0 (Download from here)
Note: Do not reboot your PC in between these steps as this can potentially create more issues that we are unfortunately not qualified to assist with.

I only have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1

                      Perhaps that is the problem?

So I should go ahead and uninstal 3.5 and install 2.0?

I suggest to uninstall .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and re-install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 at the link below.

I unistall 3.5 SP1, and reinstall it. Then reboot computer, same issue.

                          Any other idea?
