help with forex and ninja

Hi, just need some help with setting up forex on ninja. I have a mirus live account, and have set up a 'gain' connection for the forex. When i connect to mirus 1st , then connect to gain, it won't stream any information on the forex.
And when i connect gain 1st , then mirus, it will give me info for both but won't let me trade either of them sim ing or live. Any help would be much appreciated, Shannon

Hi Shannon, just checked mine and get both futures and forex data when I connect to ZenFire first and then Gain / Forex.com second. Can you please try going to Tools > Options > Misc and Reset your Instruments? Then please try this again...also: is this a Gain / Forex.com live or demo account you connect to?
